Design, Costing & Estimation Engineer

  • Detailed knowledge of structural engineering, design calculations, and costing & estimation of all facade finishing works
  • Strong command over AutoCAD, Excel, and estimation software
  • Proven experience in BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and quantity surveying
  • Thinks in numbers, acts on timelines
  • Precision is non-negotiable

Draftsman

  • Understands structural and architectural drawings; can coordinate between the two
  • Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting tools
  • Can turn conceptual sketches into detailed, execution-ready drawings
  • Can prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, MTO/BOM, details, etc.
  • Speed and clarity are non-negotiable
