Project Management Methodology
Six structured phases govern every ADI project, from tender study through post-handover support.
- 01Scoping
Tender study, scope mapping into major item heads, SOPs for sourcing, deployment, QA/QC and statutory compliance.
- 02Design & Planning
System design and engineering calculations per wall type. Shop drawings, BOM, master & micro schedules, communication protocols.
- 03Production
Capacity-based production plan. Prototype build & QA/QC for each wall type, then bulk fabrication and dispatch.
- 04Installation
Total-station survey, bracket setting, mock-ups tested with consultants, phased installation under European QA/QC procedures.
- 05Finishing & Handover
Skilled finishing team rectifies snags, finalises documentation and obtains sign-off from PMC / client representatives.
- 06Maintenance
Training for facility management, operation & maintenance documentation, defined support system through the maintenance period.

QA/QC Process, five checkpoints
Every project passes through a documented chain of quality gates from design to test.
Engineering calculations, shop-drawing reviews and approval gates before any production starts.
Mill test certificates, finish samples and sample approvals for every aluminium, glass, ACP and gasket batch.
Stage-wise fabrication and glazing check cards with photo documentation against shop-drawing tolerances.
Installation check cards, NCR tracking and on-site supervision under European QA/QC procedures.
AAMA 501 / ASTM E283 / E331 water and air infiltration tests on installed mock-ups.
